This appeal involves an age discrimination claim brought by appellant Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") against Gear Petroleum Company, Inc. The EEOC contends that the district court committed prejudicial error in excluding factual evidence submitted by Gear during the EEOC's investigation and conciliation of the discrimination charge. We affirm the district court.
