The grant of summary judgment for the government upholding the challenged U.S. Customs Service classification is affirmed, and the carefully considered and detailed opinion of the Court of International Trade (Aquilino, J.) dated November 27, 1990, 752 F.Supp. 476 (1990), is hereby adopted as the opinion of this court.

AFFIRMED.
