In this antitrust case, Seagood Trading Corporation and Falcon Food Service Company, Inc., claim that Long John Silver's, Inc., Martin-Brower Company, and others have conspired to drive them out of business, in violation of sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2 (1988).
