Defendant and appellant Mohammed Iqbal Noor (Noor) appeals the judgment entered following a jury verdict in the amount of $90,000 in favor of plaintiffs and respondents Donald L. Vaughn and Betty Vaughn (the Vaughns) for wrongful death of their son. Noor contends the trial court committed prejudicial error when it failed to give the jury a "start anew" instruction after a juror was replaced...
