Roy Campbell, the appellant, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County (Melbourne, J.) of conspiracy to violate the controlled dangerous substance laws, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, and possession of paraphernalia. He was committed to the custody of the Division of Correction for ten years without the possibility of parole in accordance with Md. Ann. Code art. 27, § 286 ...
