Otto Preminger Films, Ltd., Campbell-Devon Productions, Inc., and George C. Scott appeal the district court's orders approving the sale of the entertainment assets of the debtors pursuant to § 363 of the Bankruptcy Code. 11 U.S.C. § 363(b)(1) and (f)(1988). The question is whether the four Scott contracts and the Preminger agreement were executory. We affirm the district court ruling on the Scott contracts, but reverse and remand on...
