Casa Gallardo, Inc., appeals a finding of liability and the award of damages under Title VII1 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and § 19812 for discriminatory and retaliatory employment actions against Ronald R. Weaver, a black male, formerly employed by Casa Gallardo. For the reasons detailed below, we affirm the judgment of liability under Title VII for both of Weaver's failure...
