David L. Michie appeals the judgment n.o.v. entered against him for breaches of duty as an attorney escrow agent in a real estate securities transaction, alleging numerous errors. Since we find one of those errors to be clearly dispositive and to require reversal, we do not address the remaining assignments of error.1
