We are presented with two issues on this appeal: (1) whether a plaintiff is entitled to recover pain, suffering, and humiliation damages in excess of $2,000 and punitive damages under the Kansas Acts Against Discrimination; and (2) whether a plaintiff is entitled to a jury trial in federal court when her claim is based upon the Kansas Acts Against Discrimination.
