Defendants-appellants Ron Parker, Baptist Health Care Corporation (Baptist Health), Clay Pinson, and Walter Hufnagle appeal a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff-appellee Jean Carnes in an action she brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
