CUMMINGS, Circuit Judge.

A jury found James Bradach guilty of subornation of perjury (18 U.S.C. § 1622), conspiracy to commit subornation of perjury (18 U.S.C. § 371), and making false declarations under oath (18 U.S.C. § 1623). In all, Bradach was convicted on eleven counts pertaining to false declarations. Judge Lozano sentenced Bradach to a thirty-month term of imprisonment and imposed a $50,000 fine pursuant to the United States Sentencing Guidelines...
