In this trademark infringement case, the district court granted summary judgment for plaintiff-appellee Chanel, permanently enjoining further infringement and awarding treble damages and attorneys' fees against all three defendants-appellants. We agree there was no genuine issue of fact about appellant Italian Activewear's infringement of Chanel's trademark or about appellant Brody's personal liability for that infringement.
