Defendant-Appellant, Khalil Muhammad, was convicted following a jury trial of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute in excess of 500 grams of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 and one count of possession of ammunition by a felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(e)(1).
