MAGILL, Circuit Judge.

Robert Easley, Jr., and Jacquelyn Hunter appeal their convictions for mailing obscene materials in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 1461 (1988). On appeal they challenge the district court's1 obscenity instructions, the facial validity of 18 U.S.C. § 1461, and the government's prosecutions in general. We affirm.
