Two employees, T.J. King and A.C. Gayden, were severely injured in an on-the-job crane accident. The employees filed their tort actions against the crane rental company and the crane manufacturer, which claims were settled before the trial was concluded. This appeal raises two principal issues: (1) whether the district court correctly required the compensation carrier to pay a large portion of the attorney's fees the employees incurred...
