Defendants Campbell, Wyant & Cannon Foundry Company (CWC) and Aetna Casualty & Surety Company, appeal by leave granted a December 1987 order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board granting death benefits to plaintiff Martha Barnes. This Court initially reversed the decision of the WCAB in a peremptory order dated August 3, 1988. Our Supreme Court subsequently vacated our order and remanded the case to us for consideration as on leave granted...
