This case stems from the seizure by United States Customs agents of a vessel used for importing cocaine into the United States. Plaintiffs, the master and crew of the seized vessel, seek maritime liens for wages. In their first amended complaint, they ask the Court to set aside the United States Customs Service's denial of their wage claims, and to enter a judgment awarding them maritime liens.
