This matter is before the court on Miami County National Bank's ("bank") motions for summary judgment on all claims by Metal Trading Services of Colorado, Inc., ("Metal Trading") and Republic Alloys, Inc. ("Republic Alloys"). Metal Trading and Republic Alloys shipped goods to defendant Trans-World Services, Inc. ("Trans-World") for which they have not received payment. Plaintiffs allege they shipped the goods...
