The appellants in this case, Gene Meyers, Norman Wyche, Aldo T. Eberle, and Donald Northcutt ("Plaintiffs" or "Appellants"), are former employees of Ideal Basic Industries, Inc. ("Defendant" or "Ideal"). They instituted an action for malicious prosecution and abuse of process against Ideal. Appellants' action followed the dismissal of Ideal's lawsuit against Appellants for allegedly engaging in a conspiracy to file fraudulent Workmen...
