Plaintiff, Donna Jones, formerly a secretary, indisputably suffers from the collapse of 60 percent to 70 percent of the fourth vertebrae of her back. However, the Secretary of Health and Human Services has denied her claim for disability benefits under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq., finding that there is no objective basis for her claim.
