PANNER, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Carroll Norwood, Todd Gunderson, and Joe Amhaz bring this diversity action against Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), for violations of Oregon's Motor Fuel Franchise Act and for tortious bad faith and unfair dealing. Defendant moves for summary judgment on both claims. I grant the motion.
