Quadrangle Development Corporation (Quadrangle) appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment to appellees (partners in the law firm of Antonelli, Terry & Wands) and denial of its cross-motion for summary judgment in a landlord-tenant dispute involving the interpretation of the rent provisions of a lease.
