Phillips Petroleum Company is again before us appealing from a substantial verdict entered against it and in favor of Robertson Oil Company, Inc. After the first trial, we affirmed an award of actual damages based on intentional interference with a business relationship, but remanded for retrial of the claims for fraud and negligence and the claim for punitive damages for interference.
