Gary and Brenda Irvin filed their joint petition for bankruptcy on December 31, 1980, seeking Chapter 13 relief; in 1987 it became a Chapter 7 proceeding. The bankruptcy court, Judge Coutrakon, entered an order approving the final accounting on April 8, 1988, and entered a final judgment concluding the proceeding on July 18, 1988.
