Leccacorvi, appeals a Superior Court (Dickson, J.) order affirming the New Hampshire Department of Labor's decision that he was not entitled to workers' compensation benefits arising out of an August 1986 incident which he claimed was a recurrence of a previous, work-related injury in March of 1979. The plaintiff claims that the superior court improperly considered whether there was a causal relationship between the 1986 injury...
