RESTANI, Judge:

This is a consolidated appeal from orders of the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, affirming four final orders of the bankruptcy court. We affirm the district court.

BACKGROUND

Appellants, EEE Commercial Corporation (EEE) and other unsecured creditors of A.S.I. Reactivation, Inc. (ASIR), the debtor, filed an involuntary petition against ASIR under Chapter 7 of the bankruptcy code on May 24, 1985...
