From 1986 to 1988, Patrick J. McKenzie, John L. Wood, Ansel P. Allen, and Garth Stennett (collectively "Defendants") coordinated a drug importation and distribution network that operated in Miami, Denver, Chicago, and the Bahamas. The network paid female couriers to transport drugs and money to each location.
