On October 4, 1985, Joe C. Mozeke, an employee of Brown & Root ("B & R"), was struck by a falling object while working inside of a pine digester owned and operated by International Paper Company ("IP") at its plant located in Mansfield, Louisiana (the "Mansfield Mill").
