This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court granting the petitioner's application for a writ of habeas corpus. In 1987, a jury found the petitioner guilty of felony murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54c. We upheld the conviction on appeal. State v. Quintana, 209 Conn. 34, 547 A.2d 534 (1988).
