MANNHEIMER, Judge.

Melissa Siverly was charged with driving while her license was suspended, AS 28.15.291. She asked the district court to suppress the evidence against her, challenging the legality of the traffic stop that led to the charge. Kenai Magistrate Lynn H. Christensen granted Siverly's suppression motion, and the State of Alaska petitioned this court for review. We granted the State's petition, and we now reverse the decision of the district...
