Gary E. Robinson (Employer) appeals from a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the decision of the referee that workmen's compensation benefits should not be suspended as a result of Joseph K. Lindsey's (Claimant) refusal to submit to reasonable medical treatment. We reverse.
