This is an action for legal malpractice. The plaintiffs are Bahram Yusefzadeh and his wife, Laury Yusefzadeh. The defendants are Burton G. Ross, a Minnesota lawyer, and his law firm, Ross, Faulken & Rosenblatt, Limited.
