STEFFEN, Justice:

Appellant Stanley Wayne Brown was convicted by a jury of two counts of sexual assault and one count of attempted sexual assault. By amended judgment, he was consecutively sentenced to two life terms on the sexual assault counts and a ten-year term on the attempt count. As a result of Brown's first direct appeal to this court, we issued an Order of Remand on September 6, 1989 which vacated Brown's judgment of conviction and directed...
