The plaintiffs brought this action in tort for fraudulent misrepresentation and nondisclosure of the condition of the siding on the house they purchased from the defendants. The plaintiffs claimed to be aggrieved by the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order for Judgment that there was no fraudulent misrepresentation. At the close of the evidence the court responded to requests entitled rulings of law, as follows:
