ROSE, Justice:

The appellant, John William Iverson (Iverson), contends that he was denied equal protection of the law in violation of the United States Constitution because he was sent to prison rather than to a secure mental health facility as a wealthier person may have been. We conclude that no factual basis has been made to show that the psychiatric facility at the Nevada State Prison is inadequate or that the difference between the Nevada facility...
