Petitioner is in the custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections after conviction in Marion County for two counts of attempted sodomy in the first degree. In this proceeding, petitioner attacks the "adjusted commitment date" the Oregon Board of Parole (Board) used to set his parole release date on the two attempted sodomy convictions.
