OPINION

MARSH, Judge.

Defendant is charged in a four count indictment with conspiracy to commit bank robbery and two individual counts of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 and 2113(a). On March 1, 1991, pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant entered a plea of guilty to Count II, the December 10, 1990 robbery of the Lovejoy Branch of the U.S. National Bank, in exchange for a dismissal of the remaining counts of the indictment.
