Pursuant to a plea bargain, Melvin G. Morrison pled guilty to two counts of sexual abuse of a minor under the age of sixteen. He received concurrent, unified fifteen-year sentences, each consisting of a five-year fixed term followed by an indeterminate ten-year term.
