The underlying facts of this appeal are undisputed. After working for nearly three decades as a truck driver, Dominic Saracco became disabled in 1987. At the time of his disability, Mr. Saracco was a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local Union 786, so he sought a reciprocal pension from the Local 786 Building Material Pension Fund.
