Defendant appeals from a conviction of false voting, contrary to NMSA 1978, Section 1-20-8 (Repl.Pamp. 1985). We address the issue of whether defendant was selectively prosecuted as a result of the exercise of his right to free speech, in violation of equal protection guarantees.
