Maurice Isabel and Ronald Descoteaux appeal their convictions under 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 and 1956(a)(1)(B)(i), for conspiracy to launder proceeds from cocaine trafficking. Appellants challenge: (i) the amendment of the indictment at the close of the evidence; (ii) the admission of certain testimony at trial; (iii) the sufficiency of the evidence; and (iv) the decision not to depart downward from the guideline sentencing range.
