Defendant challenges the sentences imposed after his convictions for burglary in the first degree, menacing and carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to use it unlawfully. ORS 164.225; ORS 163.190; ORS 166.220. Those convictions arose out of a continuous and uninterrupted course of conduct. Defendant had previously been convicted for the unrelated offense of aggravated murder, for which he was sentenced to death. That conviction was affirmed...
