A jury found Appellant Jose Contreras guilty of one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The district court entered judgment on this verdict and sentenced Contreras under the United States Sentencing Guidelines ("Guidelines") to 108 months of imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release.
