Plaintiff Debra Oostendorp sued the defendants for negligence following gall bladder surgery in 1986. The jury found for the defendants. Oostendorp appeals, citing as error (1) the district court's order that the parties summarize in five pages or less any deposition testimony they wished to present at trial; (2) the court's failure to require the defense to prove up its attempt to impeach the plaintiff...
