This case involves claims brought by plaintiffs, James Randall Sharpe and Sherry Sharpe, under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b), 2671 et seq., for personal injuries resulting from a construction accident that occurred on a U.S. Navy project at Kings Bay, Georgia. Plaintiffs' claims raise issues of negligence under Georgia law as well as breaches of alleged duties under the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards...
