OPINION

RANSOM, Justice.

This suit involves a claim that certain land which is the major asset of a cooperative livestock association is subject to an express, resulting, or constructive trust for the benefit of plaintiffs. After the first phase of a trifurcated trial, the court found that no trust was intended for the benefit of plaintiffs, nor was there such evidence of fraud, wrongful or unconscionable conduct, or breach of any duty owed to plaintiffs...
