Defendants-Appellees GTE Directories and related corporations ("GTE") publish yellow pages directories. In those areas where it publishes the yellow pages directory as the local phone company, GTE occupies a huge market share of the yellow pages advertising market: over 98% in Anchorage, Oahu, and Tampa; 95% in Las Vegas; 77.2% in Long Beach, California. GTE salespersons offer advertisers advice on the form and content of their advertisements...
