Appellants Freddie Allen Keeling and Steven Thompson Keeling were tried jointly in the District Court of Osage County, Case No. CRF-84-97. Both Appellants were convicted of two (2) counts of Robbery with Firearms in violation of 21 O.S. 1981, § 801.
