In this Union Station stop case, appellant Terrence Broxton received a 10-year mandatory minimum sentence for one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine; he was also convicted of one count of marijuana possession for which he received a one-year prison term to be served concurrently with the 10-year sentence.
