Plaintiff, an attorney, brought this action against defendant, a former client, to collect fees for services rendered. Defendant counterclaimed, contending that plaintiff had violated the Unlawful Debt Collection Practices Act (UDCPA), ORS 646.639 or ORS 646.641, and the federal Truth In Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq.
